Meet Elisabeth Krieg
Elisabeth Krieg is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist in Asheville, NC. She began her adventure in wellness earning a Bachelors in Science in Kinesiology from the College of Willliam & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. She continued her path in holistic healing attending the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Weaverville, NC in 2009. Since then, Craniosacral Therapy, Somato- Emotional Release, and Esoteric Healing training developed her skills and appreciation of healing processes. Before beginning her work as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, she spent several seasons whitewater rafting and years living in the woods mentoring youth participating in wilderness therapy. Her own healing path after a significant injury swimming in a river has been her greatest teacher and part of how her practice came to be called River Otter Healing Arts. Clients appreciate her approach to deep neurormuscular release and she enjoys facilitating the body's natural healing processes. She has been affiliated with the Upledger Institute since 2013 and the International Association for Energy Healing since 2009. She enjoys living in Asheville with her husband and young son.
